Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping in Germany. For the other countries, shipping prices are according to the DHL price list.
Delivery Times
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
We are not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by DHL
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the DHL “safe drop” option)

International Orders
We use DHL to ship your order through Small Packet International Air (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 10-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location. In worst cases, it can take up to 8 weeks (please check your tracking order).
Orders from Germany
We use DHL to ship your order through Small Packet (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This takes usually 2-4 days.
Order Confirmation
Items are shipped after processing (14-21 business days) using DHL. In addition to an order confirmation email and invoice email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including the tracking code.
